For Macintosh users, you need an FTP application such as FileZilla or Fetch. FileZilla is a free download and is available by clicking here http://filezilla-project.org/

After you install it, open FileZilla and enter:

Host: ftp.pcigroup-ftp.net

Enter your supplied Username and Password

When sending multiple files, Please Stuff or Zip your files for faster transfer and less chance of corruption.

You can then transfer files to and from the FTP server as needed. Notify us when you have uploaded files to the FTP, so that we will review them promptly.
